ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR DIPLOMA COURSES

Minimum Qualification

A pass in 10th Std. (SSLC) or any other equivalent Qualification.

Permanent community certificate for ST, should be obtained only from the R.D.O. of their native place or Collector of their Districts or PA (General) to Collector of Chennai concerned.

Permanent Community certificate alone will be valid. The Community certificate is valid only when State Gopuram Seal is affixed.

Age Limit

No Age Limit.

The candidates should produce at the time of admission, the original community certificate along with a xerox copy of the community certificate duly attested by Officers of
Grade A or B.

ADMISSION TO SECOND YEAR (LATERAL ENTRY) DIPLOMA COURSESQUALIFYING EXAMINATION

A pass in HSC (Vocational) courses or 10th Std. + 2 Years ITI mentioned in the Annexure 2 offered in the Higher Secondary Schools in Tamil Nadu affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Board with eligibility for University Courses of Study or equivalent examination.
